We’re growing and looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another.

Compensation

$35–$45 per hour based on experience

Plus a weekly performance bonus! Our bonus program rewards productivity and quality, giving top-performing technicians the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Perform maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, and engine repairs.
  • Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections.
  • Perform electrical and drivability diagnostics.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Communicate findings clearly with our service advisors.
  • Treat every customer’s vehicle as if it were your own.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Pride in producing high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
